of children by means of violence or threat of violence,
abuse of authority or dominant position, debt-bondage,
deception and other forms of coercion, and inducement
or coercion to work in hazardous conditions or to
work abroad
- To enhance support of rights of a working child,
special privileges are established, such as the obligation
of employers to provide education and a study, rest
and recreation area
